Upon completion of your Self Storage contract and payment, you’ll have access to the facility. Access is available from 6am to 7pm, seven days a week. Padlocks and covers are available for sale from the office, open 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Yes. All customers must sign our Self Storage Agreement before access is allowed. GSS has been a member of the Self Storage Association of Australasia since 1995 and use the Self Storage Agreement to protect you the storer and ourselves. You must supply current photo ID eg drivers license or passport and be over 18 years of age.
Yes. We require 14 days notice prior to vacating.
You’re the only person who’ll have access to your Griffith Self Storage unit, and we offer the best in safety, security, and cleanliness.
Griffith Self Storage is a fully enclosed facility. We offer security keypad gate access, CCTV camera monitors, and individual unit door alarms are also available. Access onsite is between 6am and 7pm, seven days a week. Storers use a padlock that only they hold the key to. Padlocks can be user supplied or purchased from our office.
The goods you place in Griffith Self Storage are yours and remain your sole responsibility. You should always have them covered by insurance. Your goods are not insured by Griffith Self Storage. If your goods are not covered by insurance, contact the office and we can arrange a quotation for you.
Griffith Self Storage is accessible between 6am and 7pm, seven days per week. You can access your storage unit at any time during this period.

No. We don’t provide this service.
Your storage unit must be locked by your own padlock, this is your form of security. Office staff do not hold keys to anyone’s padlocks. You can use your own padlock or purchase a padlock from our office.
